hereby declares intent to develop, commercially deploy, and market

Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system, which was recently released. |

currently supported by the Application. |

run at least as well on the Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced
Server operating system as on other Microsoft Windows operating
systems currently supported by the Application. |

comply with the Windows 2000 Application Specification for Client
Applications. |

|
comply with the Windows 2000 Application Specification for Server
Applications. |

We estimate that the Windows 2000 version of Ozbiz PCLawyer will be commercially released
before September 2000 |
